Report

Report content.

You do not need an account. Tell us what you found and where; a person reviews it and you get the decision with its reasons by email. Intimate images of you are removed within 48 hours of a confirmed request.

Before you start

  • If you are the owner of a generation in Softbox, the Report button on the result is faster: it hides the item at once.
  • A link or an id that names the content lets us act quickly. A screenshot alone does not.
  • We answer from [email protected]. Replying to that email adds to your report.

File a report

Pick what this is about. The fields change with it; the law asks for some of them, and the form says which.

What are you reporting?

A notice under Article 16 of the EU Digital Services Act. Tell us where the content is and why you consider it illegal. We need your name and an email address to answer you.

A link, or the id shown on the item. Several links: one per line.

A few sentences: what the content shows and which law or right it breaks, as far as you know.

We send the confirmation and the decision there. Nothing else.

What you send is used to handle this report and kept for as long as the report and its record must be kept (privacy policy, section 7). We never scan or moderate photos on your phone.

What happens next

  1. You get a confirmation with the report number at once.
  2. A person at Tincograph reviews the report. No decision is automated.
  3. Intimate images of you: removed within 48 hours of a confirmed request, and identical copies on our servers with them.
  4. You get the decision by email with the reasons, usually within 14 days. If content was restricted, its owner gets a statement of reasons and can appeal.
  5. Every year we publish how many reports we received and what we decided, without personal data, at tincograph.com/transparency.
