- Legal representative in the EU (Article 13): [EU-REP] (to be appointed; account features are not offered in the EU/EEA until then).
Reporting content (Article 16 DSA)
Results made with Softbox Studio are private to your account unless you share them yourself. Anyone, with or without an account, can report content at tincograph.com/report: the form asks for the location of the content (link or id), the reason, your contact details and a statement that you believe the report to be accurate and complete in good faith. Users can also report any result in the app (the result’s menu, Report). A reported result is hidden at once and reviewed by a person; nobody is restricted by software alone. We send the reporter a confirmation at once and both the reporter and the person affected our decision with the reasons (statement of reasons, Article 17) and how to appeal; appeals are decided by a person, within 14 days as a target.
Intimate images of a real person without their consent have their own form on the same page: a written request with your signature, the location of the content and a good-faith statement. We remove such content within 48 hours of a complete request and look for identical copies on storage we can read. Copyright notices (with the elements of a DMCA-style notice) and counter-notices use the same page.
Misuse of the report function can lead to suspension. Yearly counts of reports, decisions and appeals, without any personal data, are published at tincograph.com/transparency.
